HOW TO BOOK A TRIP WITH RUTAS VIETNAM

To book your Vietnam trip we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the trip.

Once the 30% deposit has been made we require a copy of the bank transfer voucher to be mailed to a Rutas Vietnam’s travel specialist. Please indicate in the subject line the name and email address of the person(s) we have been in contact with when organizing/customizing the trip.

Your Vietnam trip will be reserved when your deposit has been cleared in Rustas Vietnam’s account. We will then send you, by mail, confirmation of payment and a receipt for your records.

The remaining portion of the payment (70%) is due one month prior to the date of arrival.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Bank Transfer:

If paying by bank transfer ou are required to send Rutas Vietnam a copy of your bank transfer voucher. Bank transfers must be cleared in our account before we reserve the trip. Once cleared we will send you a receipt of confirmation.

*If paying by bank transfer and a full payment is made (in a single transfer) Rutas Vietnam will assume the bank transfer charges.

Credit Card:

If you prefer to pay by credit card, please review the following:

All credit card payments will carry a 3% charge of the total that will be assumed by the client.

PayPal:

PayPal users please make payment via PayPal account email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. A 4% charge will be added to the total of your payment.
All payments must be confirmed with a bank voucher from the Rutas Vietnam team. (If you have any questions regarding our forms of payment please contact us as we are here to help you plan your trip accordingly.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rutas Vietnam offers trip cancellation insurance & assistance to all of their clients. Our clients will be completely covered in case of cancellation due to serious reasons listed below. Our trip cancellation insurance covers the total amount of the trip plus the flight.

In order for international flight charges to be covered by the insurance there cannot exceed a 7 day difference between the flight payment and travel deposit.

> 60 days:If the traveler cancels the trip 60 days prior to the date of trip, the traveler will lose 50% of the price of the trip.
< 60 days:If the traveler cancels the trip with less than 60 days of trip, the traveler will lose the entire price of the INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE is included in all trips for clients who travel DIRECTLY with Rutas Vietnam.

RUTAS Vietnam reserves the right to modify itinerariesor services if unexpected circumstances arise such as floods, typhoons...
Authority orders in relation to permits to visited zones, flight cancellation or train services, etc. that make it impossible to carry out the contracted program. In these cases Rutas Vietnam will replace the cancelled services wherever possible with similar ones. If second services offered were of a lower category, the contracted company will pay the difference. If on the other hand the available services are more expensive, travelers will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the rest of the trip and receive a refund for unused services.
Rutas Vietnam is committed to facilitate their travelers contracted services with the characteristics and conditions stipulated. Rutas Vietnam declines all responsibility for any personal injuries, accidents and diseases on route. As well as stolen personal property.
In case of cancellation, delay or flight advances, that incur additional costs, the claim should be made to the respective airline.

CONTRACT END

Rutas Vietnam reserves the Right to cancel the contract if the behavior or conduct of the traveler is offensive to other travelers or represents a risk to himself or other travelers. In this case the Company will apply the pertinent cancellation policy mentioned in the section "Cancellation Policy". If the conduct of any traveller causes any damage to the place of accommodation, transport or any of the places included and booked in the trip, the relevant compensation shall be paid to the person who caused such damage, including legal costs incurred against the Company by third parties.
